Transaction Data
We pride ourselves on the
attention to detail which includes keeping terrific records of past
transactions. We have categorized over 30 years of closing files that
with the help of our computers, can located in less than 5 minutes!
While we may not have every piece of paper that involved the closing (there
was a lot less back then), we may very well be able to
find surveys, septic inspections, title opinions,
settlement statements and even abstract locations. Stop by

Maps, Maps, Maps
We have accumulated a wide variety of maps over
the years and most are laminated and in good shape for your review. We
have a special map table with an under light for aerial photo studies and
overlay ownership maps for those interested. We have the flood maps
for most of the communities within 30-40 miles and topographic maps for most
of southern Oklahoma. Soil maps give grass types and soil properties
for ranch or agricultural land. Our zoning and comprehensive plan maps
for the City of Ardmore give you the needed information to research zoning
and trends for future development.
County Assessor Records
We have imported and formatted the Carter County
Assessor records to tie to our recent and current listings and sales.
This can be helpful in referencing nearby properties or finding the correct
ownership maps.
