Mercy Memorial Hospital - 1011 Fourteenth Avenue, NW, (580) 223-5400, provides family-oriented care services ranging from OB and Emergency to Physical Rehabilitation and Chemical Dependence, to diagnostic imaging and laser surgery. Several specialty surgical procedures are available at Day Surgery, 2412 N Commerce, a freestanding outpatient surgery center, including cataract, skin cancer and cosmetic-plastic surgery services. Other operations include the Wellness Center, the Good Shepherd free community medical clinic, the Cancer Center and the Chemical Dependency Center .

The Carter County Health Department  - 405 S Washington, (580) 223-9705, provides preventive health services and communicable disease control to Ardmore and Carter County. Services are provided for immunizations, family planning, maternity care, chronic disease screening, well-child screening, guidance services, tuberculosis control and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. Most services are free.
