Joyce Davenport, Sales Associate

Joyce retired from OG&E after 40 years in the Marketing Department working with Builders, Developers, HVAC contractors and customers building their new homes or remodeling existing ones.  Joyce has watched hundreds of homes being built in our area with a goal of energy efficiency, comfort and customer satisfaction.  She handled the heat pump loan program for 12 years. She attended many marketing, energy conservation, customer service, schools and seminars yearly during which time she obtained her Energy Star and Geothermal certification.  Joyce has been a member of the Southern Oklahoma Builders Association for 30 years.  Her involvement in the group includes serving on the Board and as Secretary Treasurer for the past 17 years.  She is also a member of the Oklahoma State Builders Association and National Association of Homebuilders.

Joyce received her real estate license in 1996 and is a member of the Southern Oklahoma Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. 

A great asset to Ardmore, Joyce loves working with people and giving her time to many community activities as evidenced by the many boards she has served on including Ardmore Tourism Authority and the United Way.  Currently she chairs the Family Selection Committee for Habitat for Humanity, she is the Finance Chair of Southern Oklahoma Children's Christmas Parade and coordinates Toys for Tots for all Carter County.  Joyce is a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Greater Ardmore.

Joyce and her family are longtime Ardmore residents. She enjoys traveling, trips with her children & seven grandchildren along with attending as many of  their activities as possible.  She has two sons, Robert & Daren, and a daughter, Brooke Byers.  Joyce gets great pleasure cooking for her extended family and their friends, usually 40 to 50 on Thanksgiving & Christmas.
