To say Guilda’s roots run deep in Ardmore is an understatement. She is an
Ardmore native and her family has a rich heritage in the area. Guilda’s
paternal grandfather
owned the first cotton gin in Ardmore and her maternal grandfather was a
judge. One of Ardmore’s housing additions is named after the
judge. Her daughter and son-in-law own a business here that has been
in operation for over 50 years.
After completing her education in Ardmore, Guilda attended Oklahoma
State University
majoring in Business, became a realtor
in 1987 and earned her broker’s license in 1991. Since then she
has been active in the local Southern
Oklahoma Board of Realtors.
Guilda has five grandchildren that she enjoys watching grow up and
participate in their many activities, which include
football, baseball,
soccer, hockey, and racing. When not attending one of their events or
showing property, she can be found outside playing golf or fishing or
driving around the countryside taking in the beautiful surroundings of
southern Oklahoma.
Guilda is involved in St. Mary Catholic Church activities and has served as
a Sunday school teacher, and in the past has spent
much time as
a campfire
leader, cheerleader sponsor, and Boy Scout volunteer.
As a real estate professional, Guilda has built many close relationships
with her clients. You could be her next satisfied customer who will surely
trust Guilda with any follow-up business.
