Purpose |
The web is growing each day and it became clear to us that it
would not be going away. Our company interacts with our normal
business contacts on an alarmingly increasing basis each day. VA, FHA,
HUD, lenders, foreclosures and national referral operations all mandate that
we use the web for our opinions and loan submittals. We have
accumulated many valuable links to useful tools and sites that will help our
customers and the consumer make wise choices. The email web platform
allows us to share this information and also communicate with our customers. |

Hosting |
Microsoft's bCentral Service hosts this service for us as
part of the web hosting suite of services to which we subscribe. |

Admin |
Al Schneider posts the emails and Chris Cowlbeck
and Al together develop the content for the email list and
web sites. Sally Russell administers the property content
of the realty web site.

How Often? |
We expect once or twice a month. If there
is any flashing news we will do so if it would benefit the list.

Content |
We will include property information of all
kinds. We expect to include maintenance and improvement
links and tips. We also expect to share links to finance
tools and analysis sites that will help people determine their
mortgage positions.

Format |
We'll keep it simple and brief. All links
will go to our web pages if you are interested in the topic.
The most recent links will be at the top of the pages. You
may bookmark your favorite pages and check them even when no
email is sent....we'll be updating them on a regular basis.

Competition |
We don't mind it. We do a good job of it.
We'll post competitors links on realty and finance for your
convenience. it also helps us stay on our toes. We'd
like to keep your business local, but we need to earn it too.
Give us a chance. We realize that more national companies
are trying to take our local revenues, but our versatility and
flexibility will allow us to give the customer what they need in
a friendly convenient-to-home basis.
